Registration Fees & Important Dates

Early Bird Registration:

To qualify for the early bird fee, registrations must be received by 5pm on the 22nd June and payment received within 14 days from the date on the invoice.

Full Registration:

Registrations must be received by 5pm on the 20th July.

Member Fee: To qualify for member rates you must be a member of JBI. You membership will be verified upon registration.

Student Fee: This fee relates to full-time students only. Please ensure a scanned copy of your student ID is uploaded on the registration booking site. If you have problems uploading your ID please email a copy to kym.elson@adelaide.edu.au

Conference Dinner: The conference dinner is included in the cost of registration. For those not wishing to attend the conference dinner tickets only can be purchased. Additional tickets can be purchased by delegates for guest/s.

Group Bookings

To organise a group booking (10 or more) please call Kym Elson on (08) 8313 3637 or email kym.elson@adelaide.edu.au to obtain further details.

Group Bookings will receive a 20% discount off the full registration rate only. Group Bookings need to be made by 5pm on the 20th July.

Registration Includes:

• Access to all sessions throughout the conference
• Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea on both conference days
• 1 Conference Dinner invitation
• Official JBI National Australian Conference satchel

Conference Dinner

• Monday 13 August. 6.30pm arrival for pre dinner drinks. Guests will be seated at 7pm. Dinner will conclude at approximately 11.30pm.
• This event will be free seating. However, if a delegate purchases 9 additional guest tickets we will do our best to ensure they have a table of 10. Tables will be reserved under the delegate’s name.
• Registrants are able to purchase additional tickets for guest/s at $140.00 per person.
• Dinner tickets can also be purchased by those who do not wish to attend the conference at $140.00 per person.
• It is important that any special/dietary requirements are provided on the registration form for each dinner guest.
• The dress code is semi-formal.

Payment Information/Policy/Deadlines

Registrants will be invoiced and payment is due 14 days from the date on the invoice. Payment options will be listed on the invoice. The invoice will be sent to directly to the nominated email address provided on the registration form. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD$) and include 10% GST. Please note that the registration confirmation email is not a tax invoice. Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations of Registration must be by email to kym.elson@adelaide.edu.au.
Refunds will apply as follows:


• Cancellations received more than 14 days before the conference will result in a full refund, less an administration fee of $50 per delegate.
  
  
• Cancellations received 7 to 14 days before the conference will result in a 50% refund, less an administration fee of $50 administration per delegate.
  
  
• Cancellations received less than 7 days before the conference or non-attendance will result in no refund given.

Personal Information / Conference Delegate List

The conference organisers collect personal information provided on the registration form for the intended purpose of processing your conference registration. A Delegate List will be provided to all registered delegates, exhibitors and sponsors at the conference. The Delegate List will contain delegate name, organisation, location (state or country) and business email. Registrants must indicate on the registration form if they give us permission to include their contact details on the delegate list.

Liability and Disclaimer

The JBI National Australian Conference organisers reserve the right to make any amendments to the programmes or details of the conference. In the event that the conference is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, fees will be refunded in full.
