The Role of Members and Affiliates.

Members of the CQRMG are, by virtue of the role the Methods Group plays within the Collaboration, expected to have a "track record" in qualitative research and an interest in the systematic review of qualitative findings. Furthermore, members are expected to play an active role in contributing to one or more of the sub groups. Currently, there are six such active members (Popay, Noyes, Pearson, Hannes, Harris and Booth).

Affiliates of the CQRMG are researchers with an interest in the systematic review of qualitative findings who wish to be informed about the work of the CQRMG and to participate, where possible, in specific activities of interest to them that arise out of the CQRMG work. Currently, there are over 40 people listed who fit this category.

Members and associates are able to communicate with each other through using the password-protected CQRMG bulletin/discussion board on this site. This facility is coming soon.
