This association has 400 members in Spain, an autonomy communities organises it. The objectives of the association are to increase the scientific level of its' members, to defend the public system of health, to promote and defend professional interests, to contact with nationals and foreign, commissions, organisations etc., to contribute to professional development, such as collaboration with universities, agencies and institutions.
