The Knowledge Translation program offers participants the opportunity to examine current evidence relating to implementing EBP and to become familiar with the PARIHS framework as a tool to facilitate successful implementation.
This program examines and explores the framework and enables participants to develop understandings of it and collaboratively create ideas and plans for use in their own work contexts. It is particularly relevant for those involved in quality improvement, safety and quality, and clinical practice improvement programs in healthcare organisations. Participants are also invited to become part of a collaborative led by Professor Alison Kitson and to work with her on an ongoing basis after completing the course.
