Before using SUMARI or CReMS, please ensure you have registered to obtain your free username and password. This is required to access both CReMS and the online modules.
SUMARI can be supplemented by a technical and user support package available from JBI. The package includes email/phone support for users and IT staff seeking detailed assistance with the software. You can register for the support package ($200AUD per user, per annum) when downloading and activating SUMARI, or at any time by contacting us.
